Reflecting on a Mixed Victory: BJP's Triumphs and Challenges

Despite our victory, I find myself feeling a mix of emotions. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the people of Odisha for making the right decision. However, it saddens me deeply to see how some people still fail to recognize the brighter vision for our nation, instead voting for short-term gains and freebies. Today has been filled with so many disheartened moments.

We thought Modiji was battling the entire opposition, foreign influences, internal factions, and fake YouTubers. But now we realize he was also up against those Hindus who sold their integrity for small gains, proving to be even more dangerous than the rest. Despite an entire village of dacoits banding together, they still couldn’t manage to win the elections! And yet, they think they’ve achieved something great.

Reflecting on the election results, it's clear this is a great outcome for the BJP. Reaching close to 250 seats alone and near 300 as the NDA is nothing short of a miracle, especially considering the incumbency factors at play. There are many points to celebrate:
1. Winning our first-ever seat in Kerala.
2. Fantastic performance in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
3. Unbelievable performance in Odisha.
4. Winning three assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, and Arunachal Pradesh.
5. Great results in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Delhi.

While there are challenging results in a few states, that's part of the political process. No one can win every match all the time. The only areas of concern are the results in Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra, which can be analyzed later. Let's not forget, BJP won in Bastar, the most Naxal-affected seat in India. Additionally, two key leaders who opposed the removal of Article 370, Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti, both lost their elections.

The mistake the BJP and its supporters are making is the burden of over-expectations. This same mistake was made during the last Bengal assembly elections. Despite achieving a lot, there's a sense of depression.

It’s a curious situation where a party with less than 100 seats feels like a winner, and a party with around 250 seats feels like it lost.

This is a victory for the BJP and its policies. It's time to continue this important work in India and across the world. Let's celebrate and cheer up, everyone.

🇮🇳
